Wow that rim light really hit the metal parts, didn't it.

Another character from the great Ben Edlund's cartoon "The Tick." I went a little overboard with the outfit, as the original was a bit simpler. But I think there's a new rule where all heroes need piping and pouches and I wanted to be up to code.
