Doctor Bong

There apparently is a character in the Marvel universe who wears a helmet shaped like a bell - complete with little bell handle - and calls himself “Doctor Bong.” He lost his hand in a punk rock concert accident, put a giant metal ball at the end of his arm, entered the ranks of supervillainy, and found an arch-nemesis in Howard the Duck. This is a fellow who has made some fascinating life choices.
